Who loves mangoes?! Silly of us to ask!
It’s summer time and the feeling is hot, fruits are good, vegetables are not!
Okay, but the real question is how do you turn those delicious alphonsos more scrumptious and healthy at the same time?
Just churn in the right milk (read Nutragoat)!
So for starts get these together:
2 Delish Alphonso Mangoes
2 cups Chilled Fresh Nutragoat Pasteurized Goat Milk
6-8 Pieces of Almonds
2 Pieces of Cardamom
Sugar IF desired (P.S. sugar ain’t healthy; mangoes are already quite sweet, yum & nutritious)
Mint Leaves (for garnishing)
Now get set:
Peel and chop the mangoes (don’t eat them yet)
Crush the cardamom
Add Nutragoat goat milk, mangoes, cardamom powder, almonds, sugar, ice cubes in a blender and blend till smooth
Pour into your favourite glasses
Garnish with mint sprigs
Serve and relish chilled
