1. ORDERING FROM US

1.1 Before an order can be placed with us, you are required to complete the registration form using our online service.

1.2 Once you have completed the registration form, the order will deemed to have been placed. We will send you confirmation of receipt of the registration form detailing the information on the registration form.

1.3 Order is deemed to be accepted, when we confirm receipt of the registration form, by emailing or calling you.

1.4 Delivery will be made as per our delivery pattern.

2. PRICING

2.1 Price of products is showcased along with your order. The exact cost relevant to your order will be detailed on your payment request.

2.2 The prices are reviewed periodically and can be changed.

2.3 If changes in pricing take place, the customer would be charged the price applicable at the time of order; that is, no retrospective changes in price will take place.

3. PAYMENT/COLLECTION

3.1 Payment can be made online at www.nutragoat.com. This is an automated payment system. Payment can also be made by BHIM or UPI to our Collection executive.

3.2 In case of payment failure, we are not liable for the same

4. Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 If you no longer require milk because of any reason please call us on 9582520050 or write us on orders@nutragoat.com  to convey the message within 30 minutes of placing the order. If there is any outstanding, settlement, it  needs to be done within 10 working days.

4.2 If, any rescheduling please inform us before 24 hours through any of the following mode only

 

  • Mobile app
  • Call  on _____________
  • Ordering email

4.3 If you don’t receive milk please call us  on _____________ between __________of that particular day.

4.4 We do not entertain Return.

5. SERVICE ACCESS

5.1 We make every effort to keep the web site up and running smoothly. While we endeavor to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
